Banned Books Weeks (Heather Fucinari):

ALA pamphlets to Brenda R. Coleen to try and get free food next week. Donation box ok. Will have to get school ok for actual fundraiser.

Second Life (Eric Bryan):

Eric contacted Jeremy Kemp. Reponses received by Eric for interest from students.

Blueprints (Coleen Wakai):

Took Blueprints class, has info on how to do things on campus.

Treasures Report (Brenda Ramirez) :: Detailed 2007-2008 Budged Proposal ::

$108 from Orientation
Set-up on campus account = $50
$147.49 expenses incurred
approx $290 from donations expected this year
Possible $500 provided for graduation ‘08

Website Changes (Coleen Wakai)

Send suggestions to Vlasta. May take wiki off unless someone wants to take it over.

SORC (Coleen Wakai)

Coleen took Blueprints, but must take SORC at San Jose. Coleen to provide San Jose with information to be recognized. Dr. Weedman: President and Treasurer are to be Special Session.

Constitution (Coleen Wakai)

Motion to ok changes discussed in joint ALASC/SAASC/LISSTEN meeting. Motion passed.

Professional’s Day

Motion to postpone even until next year. Discussion. No vote.

LISSTEN - North campus

Helping North to become strong in LISSTEN events. Brenda W. sponsoring library tour in San Francisco. Beverly and Sharon preparing newsletter.

Library Tour

Lucy Bellamy to host library tour October 5, 2007. LISSTEN to support with Alumni Association.
